Agreed weekly mileage for long travels (I do not claim daily commute costs from local accommodation)

Flights up to 4h in total length recharged as Economy Class / Flights above 4h total length recharged as Business Class

Airport transfers and car hire (when required) recharged for mid size car with AC (as per AVIS group D prices)

Itemized VAT invoices payable via bank transfer into UK bank account in £.

Hotel Internet charges are rechargeable if applicable

Where contract requires over weekend stays accommodation and subsistence costs are recharged.

For contracts outside of EU where applicable periodical "return home plane tickets" are recharged on agreed frequency.
